Working Environment

Our staff are located across Manchester in modern offices, welcoming refuges, and at our epicentre: The Pankhurst Centre. All sites offer creative work spaces, a well-stocked communal kitchen, and good access to transport links and city life.

Training

From attending the best conferences, courses and seminars to online and in-house specialist learning, we ensure you are equipped with the tools to carry out your role effectively. We'll also support additional training you may find beneficial to your role, and our expert in-house Training team will ensure you are kept up to date with best practice and issues affecting women services today.

Wellbeing

Where possible, hybrid working is supported and we have an active wellbeing schedule, lead by staff, for staff, including monthly pub quizzes, book clubs, quarterly wellbeing activities, film clubs, coffee and yoga, and much much more!

We also provide free sanitary products at all our sites to help reduce period poverty.
